Bamn!!! That’s how heads felt the morning after Spacecraft’s All-Star Sticker Release Party. What a magical night, we hope everybody in the world could have been there. The new sticker sheet was released to great reviews, individual stickers were gathered up by the hundreds, art was sold and appreciated, posters were screened, DJ Masa provided good musical vibes, the bunny entertained and the keg beer flowed like credit from mortgage lenders in years past.

This is how stoked people were to get the new All-Star Sticker Sheets. Be sure if you weren’t there to get yours.

Look at all the love in the room. Thanks for coming!!!

The bunny is so HOT right now. Literally the person inside is sweating to death, only female petting keeps the bunny happy.

Much respect to DJ Masa and his friends. Thanks for the added entertainment.

It’s all about friends and family. Join the movement.

Are you ready? It’s time for the annual “All-Star Sticker Release Party” at evo in Fremont. Come ready to party this Saturday, the 27th. Doors open at 8pm and the fun will continue until midnight. To keep you in the groove, KEXP’s own DJ Masa will be spinning. You want to get there early and be witness to 20 limited edition hand pulled posters. Capture the magic with the Patrick Lennox Wright Photo Booth.
There will be a Pyramid Beer Garden to help get your stoke on in celebration of the sticker sheet, with the “all-stars” in attendance. Come early and stay long, as last year people had to be turned away, rabbit debauchery with friends and hero’s alike.

Save the world. Support Obama.

The night came, it went and it went OFF!!! The King Kat Theater was packed full of avid fans anxious to see Jesse Burter’s latest creation, Stack Footy. Every seat was filled and I ended up standing, well, actually leaning against the wall. Think Thank once again delivers a film that pushes the limits of what’s possible both in editing and on a snowboard. It’s a testament that with enough creativity, you can make a great film. It’s not always those with the biggest budget.

Spacecraft represented with stickers, a slideshow projected near the entrance and the bunny rocking the stage and distributing SWAG. The theater was a “who’s who” of the NW snowboard industry, but more importantly, the kids who live the sport came out in numbers.

For us older kids, the bar had stiff drinks and high prices. But at a fun event like this, one tends to forget the bank balance.

Congrats to Mr. Burtner and the Think Thank crew for an amazing premiere. Looking forward to what they think up next.

Spacecraft got together with Jesse Burtner and decided to make a special, limited edition poster for his Stack Footy Premiere. Stefan brought films from Bali, Ryan got the screens made, Duffy brought his passion, pizza was ordered and the evening poster process got underway. Posters hadn’t been screened in the Spacecraft office before, so it took a little while to set up.

A rope was hung from one end to the other to dry the posters. For each color and each screen the posters had to be hung to dry. Then between each color the screens had to be cleaned. It’s really a fairly time intensive process, but rewarding at the same time.

In the end, two different posters were completed at 60 total. Now that’s a serious limited edition run. 60 kids are going to be very stoked when these puppies are raffled off at the Stack Footy premiere. Be sure to get yours…

Here’s one of the finished screened posters in all it’s glory.

Spacecraft was at the Agenda Trade Show in San Diego and we all had a good time. Maxx, Ryan and Gary flew down from the Seattle Center and met up with reps Bob and Tony. Agenda seemed to have better foot traffic than ASR, which was especially nice since our booth was there. After flapping lips all day and showing the line off, the crew ventured out into the night. We were blessed to get into the world premiere of T-Rice’s “That’s It, That’s All.”

The Bunny made it’s way out to the streets of San Diego with a late night skate session. Then some more fun rolling around the hotel.

Agenda and ASR is always entertaining, be it sort of a reunion for the industry, the locals or the “hired help” showcasing products. Hanging out at the restaurant across from ASR, a bathing suit model played in the fountain for our enjoyment.

All in all a very successful journey. Thanks to all who stopped by and looking forward to doing it again next year.

Spacecraft would like to congratulate our rep Bob Stanisiaus for being crowned “Rep of the Year” by SIA. Bob’s love for snow sports started when he was a team rider for Gnu in the early eighties. He then began working with Gnu/Lib Tech in 1989 as a sales representative. Since then Bob has been successful in expanding his product line to include Roxy Hardgoods, Spacecraft Clothing, Drop Mfg, Stomp Accessories, One Ball Jay, Bordz-Up, Friends Clothing and Kauai Boy Clothing. I just wanted to share a few pics from the Canggu Surfing Community’s 1st annual “Canggrom” contest held down at our local beach last weekend. This was a pretty special event because it was for local kids under 18 that live between Brawa and Pereranan. The Canggu Banjar is the first in Bali to organize a community counsel that is specific to surfing. From now on all surfing events held in Canggu will have to register with the Canggu Surfing Community. One of the CSC’s primary goals is to raise awareness throughout Canggu about pollution and littering and they are organizing weekly beach cleanups from Brawa to Pereranan with all of the local surfers. The morning of the contest was the first day of the beach cleanup. Franklin and I have been helping the local surfers put this together and it was very cool to give a little back to the community that we work and live in. Being involved with this event was an amazing experience.
